Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Engine Yard service, you may cancel at any time.
In the First 30 Days: If you cancel within the first 30 days of service, you will receive a full refund of all fees - this means sliceTM setup fees and monthly fees charged for your first month of service.
After the First 30 Days: We will refund your current month's slice fees. Any setup fees and any custom development or support fees will not be refunded.
