Rails Application Customer Support

We always need seasoned US, European, and Asian/Australian Rails developers to support our customers with application deployments, tracking down deployment problems, helping with growth issues, etc.

You must substantially demonstrate your solid history in Ruby and Rails. We prefer people who contribute to open-source projects, who blog about relevant topics, who attend relevant conferences, etc.

These jobs are home-based. Solid spoken and written English is required. You will be supporting customers via email, IRC, tickets, and telephone.
